As a Partner in the Office division, Paul is responsible for leading all office development programs, as well as the marketing and management for CK’s expansive office portfolio.

With a focus on developing creative office spaces, Paul assists owners and investors with their acquisitions and dispositions, asset review, financial analysis and investment strategy and implementation. His personal experience in real estate investing and extensive education in this area allows his clients to look to him for knowledgeable direction in all aspects of the commercial property transaction. Paul stands out for his ability to lead both clients and project teams, delivering high-performing, sustainable office buildings that support and stimulate productivity through sophisticated technology and timeless design.

Under his leadership, Paul has completed projects such as The Nexus and The Hub at Waverly, Kingsley Park in Fort Mill, SC, as well as numerous suburban office parks, high-rise office towers, Fortune 500 build-to-suits, and fully-integrated mixed-use centers.
