The Accountant I will perform the Retail divisions Accounts Payable function and complete related monthly tasks.

Assistant Property Manager | Fort Mill, SC

The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Senior Property Manager and Property Manager in the management and supervision of property management services for Kingsley Park. The main areas of responsibility will be day to day oversight and support of all property management, property administration and tenant service requests including supervision of third party service vendors providing commercial property management services.

Property Management Assistant | Charlotte, NC (Uptown)

The Property Management Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational support of the One Wells Fargo Center Office Building located at 301 S. College (“301CSC”).  This role will also and provide direct support for the building management office and related departments of the building.

Property Management Assistant | Charlotte, NC (South End)

The Property Management Assistant will support the daily operations of the buildings by working with and providing general assistance to the senior property manager, property manager, and chief engineer.

Maintenance Technician III | Charlotte, NC (Uptown)

The Maintenance Technician III will complete any task assigned within the employees trade using the work experience, knowledge, skills, and ability of a master of a certain trade.

Maintenance Technician II | Charlotte, NC (South End)

The Maintenance Technician II will complete assigned maintenance tasks related to building maintenance using the work experience, knowledge, skills, ability and desire for growth of a skilled technician.

Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of the parking facility by assisting and directing customers, informing parking management of problems and concerns, and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records. This is a part-time/on-call position dependent on special events.
