Shift Security Supervisor | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Shift Security Supervisor will maintain control over the general shift operations, manage staff of contract and in-house security officers in order to complete the objectives of the assigned shift, and effectively communicate through verbal, written, and electronic communication via computers.

Application Support Analysis | (Uptown) Charlotte, NC

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for administration and configuration of business applications including: Yardi, SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications, and is accountable for identification and implementation of new processes in business applications. The analyst will interact with business unit stakeholders at all levels to identify productivity improvements and enhancements.

Property Management Assistant | Charlotte, NC

The Property Management Assistant will provide direct assistance to the Wells Fargo Cultural Campus in support of the overall facility management program. The main areas of responsibility include support of building operations and vendor services management, project management and administration, and financial/accounting management.

The Parking Coordinator will be responsible for administering parking requests and other services to monthly parkers, tenants, and customers of Childress Klein managed parking facilities, as well as providing administrative support to the on-site parking staff and building management.

The Senior Accounting Manager provides direct support to the Director of Property Management and Division Partners by executing operational accounting functions and is responsible for direction and supervision of accounting staff as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the accounting department.

HVAC Maintenance Technician III | Charlotte, NC

The HVAC Maintenance Technician III will provide efficient diagnostics and repair of HVAC and control systems located within the facility.

Parking Ambassador | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of both above and below ground parking facilities in the Charlotte Central Business District. The ambassador will assist and direct customers with the parking needs, questions, and payment methods. The ambassador will work closely with parking management to keep them informed of problems and concerns originating in the parking facilities and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records.
