The Division Controller - Atlanta directs and guides the overall accounting functions of the division.

Assistant Facility Manager | Charlotte, NC

The Assistant Facility Manager will assist in the management and supervision of property management services for the University/CIC properties. The main areas of responsibility will include support of building operations and vendor services management, project management and administration, and financial/accounting management.

Critical Environments Technician | Charlotte, NC

The Critical Environments Technician is responsible for the administrative and critical facility aspects of a LEED certified commercial office building’s corrective and preventative maintenance programs.

Maintenance Technician II | Uptown, NC

The Maintenance Technician II will respond to tenant service requests and preventive maintenance work orders in a Class-A suburban office setting environment. Primary duties include troubleshooting, repairing, and providing service as needed to maintain office space and associated equipment.
