Property Manager (Office) | Fort Mill, SC

The Property Manager will oversee all property management functions for the South Carolina office portfolio. They will coordinate tenant finish construction, oversee contract services, and other projects as assigned.

Accountant I | Charlotte, NC

The Accountant I will be the primary contact for outstanding Accounts Receivables and processed invoices. This position will be working in tandem with the Accountant II to provide support to the Charlotte Office Division’s Accounting Team. This is a 30 hour per week position that is benefits eligible.

Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of the parking facility by assisting and directing customers, informing parking management of problems and concerns, and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records. This is a part-time/on-call position dependent on special events.
