Senior Property Manager | Charlotte, NC

The Senior Property/Facility Manager will oversee the operations and occupant services for a 2.8 million square foot portfolio of office properties in support of a large financial services client. The main areas of responsibility will include oversight and support of in-house resources and third party service vendors providing commercial facility management services, capital and project improvements, construction management and financial/accounting management.

Assistant Property Manager | Charlotte, NC

The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the management and supervision of property / facility management services for Two Wells Fargo Center and Three Wells Fargo Center and other properties assigned to this portfolio. The main areas of responsibility will include support of building operational management, financial/accounting management, direct and indirect tenant support and other duties as assigned.

Property Management Assistant I | Charlotte, NC

The Facility Management Assistant I will provide direct assistance to the Wells Fargo Cultural Campus and other properties assigned to this portfolio in support of the overall facility management program.

Electrical Maintenance Technician II | Charlotte, NC

The Electrical Maintenance Technician II will complete tasks assigned within the employee's trade using the work experience, knowledge, skills, and ability of a skilled master in an electrical maintenance trade. This position supports the building maintenance program in a Class-A Office Building environment in Uptown Charlotte.

Critical Environments Technician (Data Center) | Charlotte, NC

The Critical Environments Technician (CET) will be responsible for supporting the administrative and critical facility aspects of a LEED Platinum, Class A commercial office building's corrective and preventative maintenance programs.

Project Manager | Charlotte, NC

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple capital related construction projects for the Charlotte region Wells Fargo owned properties. Projects will range in value from $50K-$3M. Duties include management of all facets of each project, including initial conceptual budgeting, scope development, planning, scheduling, bidding, final budget approval, contract creation, project execution, quality control, punch list completion, reporting and project closeout.

The Maintenance Technician I will complete all assigned tasks that are within the general maintenance field by utilizing the developing knowledge, ability, skills and desire for growth of an apprentice technician.

Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of the parking facility by assisting and directing customers, informing parking management of problems and concerns, and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records. This is a part-time/on-call position dependent on special events.

Application Support Analyst (Yardi) | Charlotte, NC
