Chief Engineer | Lowe's Tech Hub / South End

The Chief Engineer is responsible for all property engineering and maintenance services for the Design Center Tower (DCT), also known as the Lowe's Tech Hub (LTH). The Chief Engineer is charged with managing the operations, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and all on-site services necessary for the safe and efficient operation of Design Center Tower consistent with operations typically associated with a premier Class A office building and parking garage.

Property Manager | Lowe's Tech Hub / South End

The Property Manager is responsible for all property management services for the Design Center Tower (DCT), also known as the Lowe's Tech Hub (LTH). The Property Manager is charged with managing all on-site operations necessary to satisfy the property owner's objectives in maximizing the value of its asset, including fulfilling its obligations under the Lowe's lease, administration of the condominium association and associated Master Declarations which establish the responsibilities of the retail businesses on the ground level, supporting the operation of the parking garage in order to generate maximum revenue, and other goals of ownership incumbent with a premier Class A office building.

Parking Ambassador | Charlotte, NC

The Parking Ambassador will ensure efficient operations of both above and below ground parking facilities in the Charlotte Central Business District. The ambassador will assist and direct customers with the parking needs, questions, and payment methods. The ambassador will work closely with parking management to keep them informed of problems and concerns originating in the parking facilities and performing maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment and records.

Critical Environments Specialist | Charlotte, NC

The Critical Environments Specialist will respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in critical areas when notified by the site monitoring system, client, building security or facility management team. This person will be expected to enforce critical environment housekeeping standards and change control processes. Perform rounds as required and participate in safety training classes and practice safe work methods.

Maintenance Supervisor | Charlotte, NC

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day supervision of the maintenance staff, the distribution of daily work orders and follow-up to ensure completion, quality and quantity of corrective/preventative maintenance and repairs.

Assistant Property Manager | Charlotte, NC

The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Senior Property Manager in the management and supervision of property management services for a Suburban Office Portfolio. The main areas of responsibility include day to day oversight and support of all property management, property administration, and tenant service requests; including supervision of third party service vendors providing commercial property management services.

Construction Project Manager (Multifamily) | Uptown, NC

The purpose of the Construction Project Manager is to provide internal support to the Multifamily Development division, as it relates to all pre-construction, construction, turnover and management aspects of multiple multifamily residential, and mixed-use projects.

Assistant Facility Manager | Charlotte, NC

The Assistant Property/Facility Manager will assist in the management and supervision of property management services. The main areas of responsibility include support of building operations and vendor services management, project management and administration, and financial/accounting management.

Critical Environments Technician | Charlotte, NC

The Critical Environments Technician is responsible for the administrative and critical facility aspects of a LEED certified commercial office building’s corrective and preventative maintenance programs.

Maintenance Technician II | Uptown, NC

The Maintenance Technician II will respond to tenant service requests and preventive maintenance work orders in a Class-A suburban office setting environment. Primary duties include troubleshooting, repairing, and providing service as needed to maintain office space and associated equipment.
