Capitol Funds selects Childress Klein to manage 43,007 SF in North Asheville
ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Childress Klein, one of the Southeast’s preeminent real estate developers, has entered into another exclusive management and leasing agreement with Capitol Funds from Shelby, NC for their 43,007 SF Northland Shopping Center in Asheville, NC.
The Fresh Market and a soon to be completed Petco anchor Northland, a neighborhood shopping center located on Merrimon Avenue near Beaverdam Road. in the affluent North Asheville Community. The center is 100% leased and currently includes several popular, local merchants and restaurants including Wild Birds Unlimited and Marco’s Pizza.

Earlier this year it was announced that Childress Klein would partner with Capitol Funds on the management and leasing of Berkeley Mall and Berkeley Corner Shopping Center in Goldsboro, NC and The Fresh Market Shoppes in Hendersonville, NC.
