Childress Klein developed the seven (7) buildings that are part of the Kingsley Park community, and continue to provide leasing for Kingsley Park VII, Kingsley Park IV and V, and property management for Kingsley Park I,IV,V,VI and VII.

Kingsley Park I was a build-to-suit development in partnership with Domtar, one of South Carolina’s largest companies with more than $5.3 billion in revenue.

Kingsley Park IV, V and VI were sold in 2015. Kingsley Park VII is a partnership between Childress Klein, The Springs Company and The Salton Family.

Adjacent to Kingsley Park is the development called Kingsley which features LPL Financial’s Headquarters, as well as Lash 1.0 and 2.0 — which were all developed by Childress Klein from 2015-2018.

AccessOne has been in Fort Mill for several years now, and it has been a great home. With all of the development and momentum in the area we are very pleased to have The Springs Family and Childress Klein partner to build a new space for us to grow into.
