Originally from Charlotte but with over twenty years of experience in London, Amy's global perspective and complementary skill set in real estate investment management are invaluable. She plays a vital role in firm-wide investment strategies, decision-making processes, and cultivating strong client and investor relationships.

Prior to joining CK, Amy held the position of Head of Debt & Value-Add Strategies at LaSalle Investment Management, where she was responsible for managing some of the firm's largest funds and raising significant capital commitments of approximately €6.1 billion. Her contributions and expertise have earned her recognition as one of the 51 most influential women in UK Real Estate (Bisnow, 2018) and one of the top 10 'Women of Influence' in Private Debt specialists (PEI-Alternative Insight, 2021).

Amy's impressive career also includes roles at Merrill Lynch, JLL, and Morgan Stanley, where she honed her skills in real estate investing and advisory.
