Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry (CPD) Announces Its 5th Office Location To Open At Waverly Development In South Charlotte

Charlotte, NC—Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry (CPD) recently announced plans to open a fifth location in South Charlotte. The new office will be located in Waverly, a master planned development by Crosland Southeast and Childress Klein. The property is located at the intersection of Providence Road and Ardrey Kell Road.

For CPD, a practice dedicated to serving the children of the greater Charlotte area for over twenty-five years, this new location creates an opportunity to reach a new patient base in this ever-expanding area of Charlotte.

Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry will occupy approximately 4,886 square feet in Waverly’s Second Medical Office Building (MOB II). The roughly 20,000 square foot office building developed by Crosland Southeast and Childress Klein will be owned by Horizon Eye Care which is taking the entire first floor.

Construction of the Waverly MOB II is slated for completion at the end of July. If plans remain on schedule, Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry will open in November 2016, at which time the new address will be: 11835 Southmore Dr., Charlotte, NC, 28277.

Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry was represented by Matt Wall of Sterling Properties Group, Inc. The Landlord was represented by Jenny Fowler and Paul DeVine of Childress Klein.
