Greer, S.C. – Childress Klein, one of the Southeast’s largest commercial real estate firms, and Cullum Interests, a Greer, South Carolina, industrial developer, have begun construction in Velocity Park in Greer, South Carolina. Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2018, this 297,600-square-foot building will be the first of three on this property located on Victor Hill Road in Greer, between Greenville and Spartanburg.

The building, being constructed by Myers and Chapman, features concrete tilt-wall construction, 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 52’x 50’ deep column spacing with 60’ loading bay and ample trailer parking behind the building.
