As a Partner and Director of Property Operations for our Industrial and Retail Divisions Richie is not only responsible for all property management and accounting for these two businesses, he has also grown into a key supporting role in our development program. 

In his role as Director of Property Operations, Richie supervises two proficient teams of property managers. One team handles property operations for our retail portfolio, encompassing 20 properties and totaling 3 million square feet. The second team manages our industrial portfolio, covering 69 properties and 10.1 million square feet. Richie also directs a team of accounting managers who oversee all financial reporting to internal ownership, third-party owners, and joint venture partners, in addition to ensuring compliance with lender reporting.

Moreover, Richie spearheads risk management strategies for all properties, which includes negotiating owner-contractor insurance programs on development projects. He has become an invaluable asset to our development team, aiding in the identification of operational and risk management issues during the design phase of potential projects, while also providing substantial support for our development and financing endeavors.
