As Childress Klein’s Director of Property Operations, Richie is responsible for overseeing all of the accounting and property management functions for the industrial, retail, and multifamily divisions.

In this role, he uses his ability to resolve challenging issues while maintaining project schedule, scope and budget to achieve the high-quality results that our clients have come to expect. A pragmatic leader with an exceptional talent for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, Richie often acts as a sound-board for his team, encouraging individuals to be self-sufficient by helping them develop their own answers and consensus.

With a drive to see projects through to successful completion, he is also heavily involved with managing our divisional cash flows, as well as collaborating with our divisional and company leadership; providing oversight on insurance programs, and feedback on specific contracts (leases, operating agreements, property management agreements, etc.) Within the office Richie is known for his vision and leadership on implementing new company policies / programs, as well as his dedication and involvement on various company committees.
