Developed by Childress Klein in 2016, and designed to fulfill the storage needs of Charlotte’s affluent neighborhoods located just outside Uptown Charlotte. Our design used careful thought and planning to ensure that the facility was well located with easy egress in and out, as well as appropriate and functional spaces that include a mix of unit sizes. Hallmark features of our storage developments include superior protection for a client’s valuables – including 24-hour security, controlled access and constant climate control.
This property was sold in 2018.
Stored most of our 30 year collection of furniture as we moved into temporary quarters for about 6 months. This place was first class all the way. Recommend.
