With a background and education in finance and a penchant for making the numbers work, Chris saw an opportunity in the self-storage market to develop one of the first climate controlled self-storage facilities on the East Coast.
Combined with Childress Klein’s exceptional reputation for superior customer service and management, he spearheaded the idea to Childress Klein in 2005, who saw an opportunity in the market. Chris’ entrepreneurial mindset, combined with his passion for real estate and streamlining the process has contributed to the development of more than 1.2 million SF of self-storage facilities in less than 10 years.
In his current role at Childress Klein, in addition to overseeing the development and management of self-storage facilities, Chris supports Atlanta’s corporate projects. This includes general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project accounting.
