Three Wells Fargo CenterSpace Available

435 South Tryon Street
Charlotte, NC

Completed in the fall of 1999, Three Wells Fargo Center is one of four office towers that comprise the uptown Wells Fargo Complex — a master planned urban center set in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.

Rising thirty-two stories above South Tryon Street, the 930,733 SF granite tower developed by Childress Klein is one of the tallest buildings in Charlotte and is a city landmark. It’s architectural silhouette inspired by the tradition and materials of an earlier era of skyscrapers, has contributed to the vitality and energy of many Charlotte buildings.

Employees and visitors enjoy a host of amenities throughout the Wells Fargo Center complex, which include several fine dining, as well as casual eating establishments.

Prior to the First Union-Wachovia merger, this building was called Three First Union Center. In December 2010, as a result of Wells Fargo’s 2008 purchase of Wachovia, the building was renamed Three Wells Fargo Center.

Childress Klein currently provides parking management services for this building.
