Gordon, a Managing Partner in our Atlanta Office, brings over four decades of experience to the table, driving growth and providing direction for our regional development and management practice.
As one of the founding partners of Childress Klein, Gordon was originally responsible for the Office Division in Charlotte North Carolina. At the time, notable office developments included the one million square foot headquarters for First Union Bank (now One Wells Fargo Center) and the LakePointe Office Park, a 175 acre suburban campus that consists of 2.2 million square feet of office space, hotels, restaurants and day care center.
Since relocating to Atlanta, Gordon has developed over a million square feet of suburban office properties in Alpharetta, two 450,000-square-foot office towers at the Galleria, and various other projects, including 5009 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, the current eLab Solutions, Inc. headquarters.
Gordon continues to work collaboratively with his team, clients, and end users, developing innovative, community-driven, and transformational projects.
