Kingsley Park Seven is latest Class A office building at Fort Mill office park
FORT MILL, S.C. – The Springs Company and Childress Klein have reached a construction milestone on Kingsley Park Seven, a new three-story, approximately 60,000-square-foot Class A office building at the Kingsley Park office park in Fort Mill, SC.
The Springs Company, AccessOne and Childress Klein will celebrate the construction milestone with a topping-out ceremony featuring remarks from executives and Fort Mill Mayor Guynn Savage on Wednesday, Sept. 13, at 10:00 a.m.
Health-care IT company AccessOne, has leased the third floor at Kingsley Park Seven for their corporate headquarters, which is expected to be complete in June 2018.
“AccessOne has been in Fort Mill for several years now, and it has been a great home. With all of the development and momentum in the area we are very pleased to have The Springs Family and Childress Klein partner to build a new space for us to grow into,” Mark Spinner, President and CEO of AccessOne.
Kingsley Park Seven is the final office building at the 76-acre Kingsley Park, which The Springs Company and Childress Klein started developing in 1998.
“Kingsley Park was our first office development with The Springs Company in Fort Mill, and this last topping-out at the park reflects the incredible growth we’ve seen in Fort Mill and its emergence as a destination for local employers such as AccessOne,” said Paul DeVine, partner with Childress Klein.
